DR. ANNA OPPERMANN, DC
Dr. Anna’s road to chiropractic has taken her all over the map. After receiving two Bachelor’s in Neuroscience and Human Physiology from Boston University, she continued her research in neurosurgery in California. During the pandemic, her pursuit of her M.D. took a hard turn, and she realized that she wanted to help her patients get to the root, rather than the fruit, of their health challenges - which landed her in chiropractic school in Iowa.
Her specialties were driven by her passion for her pediatrics, and her journey with her daughter Thea. Dr. Anna has completed hundreds of hours of specialized pediatric training, preconception, prenatal and postnatal care education, and functional neurology training rooted in childhood developmental disorders. She is Webster Technique certified, an active member in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and is actively (and will forever be) completing more certifications and education in functional neurology and functional medicine. She is thrilled to be able to introduce functional neurology to Northwest Indiana, and watch kids start to grow into their healthiest lives.

Dr. Isiah has a passion for biomechanics, development, and helping people live comfortably within their bodies, free of pain and limitations. After working as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 5+ years in a high-demand manual therapy clinic, his pursuit of his Doctorate of Physical Therapy just wasn’t fulfilling his passion. His search for a career that allowed him to utilize as many effective modalities as possible led him to chiropractic, where he discovered unique and independent ways to care for his patients.
The speed and efficacy of Melillo’s approach to functional neurology immediately caught Dr. Isiah’s attention. Using the approach, he’s seen incredible clinical results develop in a shorter span of time than he can make sense of. The field continues to fire his intense curiosity, as he continues to discover countless ways to help kiddos work with their brains rather than fighting against them. He’s excited to help children and adults with developmental, learning, and behavioral disorders do the same, working with their neurology to help them tap directly into their highest potential.
